➔ Remote strength and conditioning — if you're looking for a more independent option, I offer custom programming delivered through a free training app. You'll receive new workouts each week that you can follow on your own — simple and effective!

Virtual care for pain works remarkably well because it focuses on the core elements of effective treatments. Listening to your story and unique challenges, establishing a therapeutic relationship, evaluating pain and function, and coming up with a treatment and rehabilitation plan based on your goals all can be done in the comfort of your own home.
Just like in the clinic, treatment approaches will vary based on the situation. Those who have a recent acutely painful injury may require advice and load modifications, and can benefit from self-treatment techniques and pain-relief strategies. Some people may need help with rehabilitation exercises and learning how to strength train with an injury, with or without access to gym equipment.
