Core & Pelvic Floor Rehab

Whether you’re experiencing symptoms of urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, pain, or you just want to get stronger, our sessions are individualized and go beyond traditional approaches like Kegel exercises.

My focus is on building function and strength so you can fully enjoy your activities without limitations. I’ve trained countless women, ranging from 1 month to 40 years postpartum, and I’ve seen firsthand that it is never too early or too late to start. When necessary, I collaborate closely with your pelvic floor physiotherapist and medical professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive management. Together, let’s work towards restoring your strength, confidence and joie de vivre!

Canadian Guidelines for Physical Activity Throughout Pregnancy
2019 Clinical Practice Guideline
Recommendation 1

All women without contraindication should be physically active throughout pregnancy.

Recommendation 2

Pregnant women should accumulate at least 150min of moderate-intensity physical activity each week to achieve clinically meaningful reductions in pregnancy complications.

Recommendation 3

Pregnant women should incorporate a variety of aerobic exercise and resistance training activities to achieve greater benefits. Adding yoga and/or gentle stretching may also be beneficial.
