Meet carrie
Dr. Carrie has devoted her life to helping people revolutionize their relationships with their body. For over 25 years, Carrie has maintained a deep commitment to what it means to live a healthy life. Through an authentic pursuit of this, she discovered an inner transformation that she shares with others, guiding them to build strength, move pain-free, and cultivate lifelong health. Her journey—rooted in years of education, the current science, and personal experience—has shaped her philosophy that true health is not just about avoiding injury or disease but about thriving in your body every single day. She is dedicated to helping others learn, grow, and take control of their well-being so they can live a long, strong, and vibrant life.

Dr. Carrie Snaychuk DC, BHKin., obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree with honours at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. Prior to that, she graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor's degree in Human Kinetics, majoring in Clinical Exercise Physiology. Her clinical practice is situated in Smithers, BC, where she is proud to service the beautiful Bulkley Valley. Apart from that, she also works with BC Wildfire Service first responders and staff to help keep them at their peak performance during the fire seasons.
Outside of clinical practice, movement is a big part of Carrie's life. She loves exploring local trails, whether she's running, hiking, or simply enjoying a walk with her dog. Strength training has always been a passion of hers, and in recent years she has developed a deep appreciation for kettlebell training. She balances that with yoga and Pilates, both of which keep her feeling strong and resilient. Her days are fueled by good coffee, homemade sourdough bread, and a genuine love for staying active and feeling good.
