With a certification as a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer, Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, and a Doctorate of Chiropractic, I bring together the science of injury rehabilitation and the practical knowledge of strength and conditioning. For nearly a decade, I trained and programmed for my wildfire crew, giving me first-hand experience in building resilient, pain-free bodies that can perform under demanding conditions.
This means I’m not just giving you a generic workout plan or handing you a few rehab exercises like you might get from a clinic visit. Instead, I combine my background in rehab, injury management, and performance programming to create training that meets you where you’re at — whether you’re recovering from pain, returning to sport, or simply wanting to get healthier.

My 6-Week Strength Rehab Program bridges the gap between rehabilitation and performance. I design every workout for you to move you past pain and back into confident training — with a clear plan you can actually follow.
